Brussels sprouts recipe is one of the easy yet best recipes I have ever prepared. I have never tried Brussels sprouts but having this for the first time I loved it. These sprouts are members of cabbage. After making these sprouts in several ways, I only loved these sprouts this way. At times I make this dish my cheat meal by putting cheese on the top and then melt that cheese in the microwave for 10 seconds. I have prepared this dish most quickly by just tossing the Brussels sprouts in olive oil, red chili powder, salt, black pepper, and topped up with honey and lemon juice and roast them in the oven.  The honey and lemon juice just balances its taste with other ingredients. Brussels sprouts are healthy as it contains fibers, vitamins, antioxidants, and vitamins. It reduces the risk of cancer and improves sugar control. These roasted Brussels sprouts just taste crispy. INGREDIENTS FOR BRUSSELS SPROUTS RECIPE

  1. 1 ½ Cups Brussels Sprouts
  2. 2 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  3. 1 ½ Teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  4. Salt to Taste

  1. Firstly, preheat the oven at 200 degrees Celsius.

  3. Then, put the sprouts on the baking tray and toast for 20 minutes until brown and crispy.

Garlic Bread Recipe

Garlic bread is one of my favorite snacks. It is prepared with bread and topped with garlic butter and also can be topped with cheese and some herbs like oregano and red chili flakes. Usually people just mix the garlic powder with butter and top on the bread but that does not taste as good as this homemade garlic bread. I have prepared this garlic bread with mixing garlic and olive oil along with butter which gives the bread natural flavor of garlic. I added fresh chopped parsley which gave an aroma to the bread. Garlic bread is originated in Italy. It is also known as Italian bread. It was then immigration to USA and olive oil which the main ingredient of garlic bread was an uncommon ingredient until mid- 20th century. Homemade garlic bread recipe turned out to be super cheesy and crispy as I like to bake it until cheese melts and bread is brown from the bottom which is super crispy and crunchy. I feel no one should miss out on this homemade garlic bread recipe. If you don’t have french bread home you can use the normal bread.

INGREDIENTS FOR GARLIC BREAD RECIPE

  1. 1 French Bread
  2. 2 Tablespoon Butter
  3. 5 Cloves Garlic (Chopped)
  4. 1 ½ Tablespoon Olive Oil
  5. 1 Tablespoon Parsley (Chopped)

  1. Firstly, infuse garlic in olive oil for 5-10 minutes. Then, cut the French bread in thick slices.
  2. Secondly, soften the butter, add parsley along with infused garlic love oil mixture and mix it well.
  3. Thirdly, spread the garlic butter on the bread and top it up with mozzarella cheese, oregano, and red chili flakes.
  4. Finally, bake at 150 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.

Kiwi Mocktail

Wow!! So Refreshing!!! This kiwi mocktail just made my day today and that too it was so refreshing and sweet. Everyone needs a drink in these hot summers. So, I had a long day and was very tired and after working for so long hours and that too in these summers, I wanted a refreshing drink. So I saw these kiwis in my refrigerator so I thought to make this kiwi blast mocktail. This is a sugar-free mocktail where I loved adding honey instead of sugar which gives a natural taste of sweetness.

You will be surprised how easy it is to prepare this amazing mocktail and enjoy this summer with all these blasting drinks. I was just out of mint leaves but if you have added them to kiwi mocktail it tastes amazing. You know I always love to drink cold beverages while having dinner especially during these summer days so I try to make a new drink every single day. I added quite a bit of pineapple juice just to blast your throat, when the lemon, kiwi, and pineapple is mixed together gives a very balanced and good flavor. Checkouts some refreshing summer drinks which make you feel refreshed- Watermelon Lemonade, Sidecar Cocktail, Pornstar Martini.

INGREDIENTS FOR KIWI MOCKTAIL

  2. 4 Teaspoon Pineapple Juice

  5. 1 Can Sparkling Lemon Water

  1. Firstly, peel the kiwi and place it in a food processor along with honey and ice cubes.

Broccoli Salad

Wow!! This looks delicious so allow me to introduce you guys a super healthy broccoli salad. This is just light yet easy broccoli salad which is just ready in 20 minutes. It’s really hot and you come tired from the office or some of you are working from home but are too lazy to prepare your meal or diet meal here is an amazing salad. When we think about broccoli salad it’s always a mix of veggies right. No, but here I have added some apples, cranberries, and walnuts which gives twist the taste of the salad. I added Greek yogurt and mayonnaise to make the salad quite creamy. I don’t like raw broccoli so I just steamed for 5-7 minutes which is quite soft in the salad. You can also add raw broccoli also it doesn’t totally taste raw. If you want to eat healthily but want to cheat also you can add some Parmesan cheese to it on the top. This dish is quite similar to broccoli slaw; it has the same dressing as this salad. So Try out this recipe and let me know how it turned out.

INGREDIENTS FOR BROCCOLI SALAD

  1. 3 Cups Broccoli (Small Florets)
  2. 1 Big Apple (Diced)
  3. 1 Cup Walnuts (Chopped)
  4. ¼ Cup Onion (Chopped)

  6. ½ Cup Dried Cranberries

Dressing

  1. ½ Cup Greek Yogurt

  1. Firstly, steam the broccoli florets for 5 minutes. Then, take a bowl and mix broccoli, apple, walnuts, carrot, dried cranberries, and onion together.
  2. Secondly, in another bowl mix all the ingredients for the dressing.
  3. Finally, toss all broccoli mixture in dressing and serve.

Beetroot Cutlet

Yummy! Yummy! Beetroot cutlet recipe is so good and mouthwatering. As you know that beetroot is so beneficial to our healthy but why to make salads and some healthy dishes always, why not give them a little change with this amazing recipe. When I see how the cutlet looks, I fell in love with every time because pink is my favorite color. As you know I love spicy food so I added extra red chili to make spicy and it gives a kind of color to the cutlet. They were super crispy and crunchy. I gave a twist to these cutlets by making burgers- a vegan beetroot cutlet which came out to be absolutely fantastic. I added lettuce, mayonnaise to the burger with some hot sauce if you like it spicy.

INGREDIENTS FOR BEETROOT CUTLET

  1. 2 Cup Beetroot (Boiled & Grated)
  2. ¼ Cup Onion (Chopped)
  3. A Pinch of Salt
  4. 1 Teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  5. ¼ Teaspoon Cumin Powder
  6. 1 ½ Tablespoon Coriander (Chopped)
  7. ½ Teaspoon Dried Mango Powder
  8. ¼ Black Salt
  9. Black Pepper to Taste
  10. Salt to Taste
  11. 2 Cup Potato (Boiled & Grated)
  12. ½ Teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  13. 1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs
  14. 1 Tablespoon Corn Starch
  15. Oil for Frying

BEETROOT CUTLET– PREPARATION METHOD

  1. Firstly, grate the beetroot and potato. Then mix it along with ginger garlic paste and all the spices.
  2. Secondly, add the chopped onion and coriander leaves and mix it well.
  3. Then, add the breadcrumbs and corn starch and make a soft dough.
  4. Thirdly, using your palm makes a cutlet with the dough.
  5. Finally, deep fry them on medium flame until it’s brown and serve it with green chutney, pomegranate, and some yogurt.

Vienna Rolls Recipe

Hello everyone!! It has been a while I haven’t baked any bread so here another kind of bread. This vienna bread recipe was originated from the name itself- Vienna, Austria back in the 19th Century. Vienna rolls were traditionally prepared with beer yeast and new dough. But I used the normal yeast here which also turned out pretty good. It is also known as Kaiser rolls as it was introduced in Paris by a Vienna baker.  It is shaped in same was as bread rolls.

These Vienna rolls are a bit sweet and are super yummy. I usually eat this as my breakfast and snacks with jam and sometimes with cheese also. As it is a sweet bread, I like them more with cheese and some oregano, thyme. This bread has a hard crust on top and is soft from inside. The similarity for all the bread is that it is very important to proof the bread after shaping and before shaping, which makes the bread rise and soft from inside. Similar recipe of bread with just adjustment of some ingredients such as- breadsticks, focaccia, beer bread, and many more.  

INGREDIENTS FOR VIENNA ROLLS RECIPE

  1. 250gms Bread Flour
  2. 9gms Yeast
  3. 7gms Sugar
  4. 5.5gms Salt
  5. 7gms Oil
  6. 1 Egg
  7. 150ml Water

VIENNA ROLLS – PREPARATION METHOD RECIPE

  1. Firstly, sieve the flour make a well, add yeast, sugar, egg, and make the dough using water.
  2. Secondly, cream the oil along with salt. Then incorporate it with the dough by kneading the dough.
  3. Thirdly, keep the dough for fermentation for about 30 minutes or until double in size. Then, scale the dough into 8 pieces and shape them as Vienna rolls (round and torpedo).
  4. Then roll the shaped dough on damp duster into poppy seeds and place it on a baking tray. Proof until double in size.
  5. Finally, bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes, with the first 10 minutes done with steam.

Pomegranate Avocado Salsa

Welcome back with another recipe of pomegranate avocado salsa. This salsa is quite similar to guacamole, the only difference is this salsa tastes a bit sweeter because of pomegranate added to this salsa. This salsa tastes super yummy. It is prepared with avocado, onion, pomegranate seeds, jalapeno, coriander, salt, and lemon juice. This vegan salsa recipe is super healthy contains a lot of nutritional benefits such as pomegranates are the best for your diet plan; it contains vitamin c which helps improving blood pressure. My family likes pomegranate seeds a lot; they will add these seeds where they can. Even though the recipe does not say to add pomegranate but they will add to their dish because they like it.

Today was a healthy day because since morning I was just experimenting with some healthy dish and one of them was pomegranate avocado salsa. It is served with spicy chips, nachos chips, and spreader on the toast. I did not have anything left at home, neither chips nor bread so I had this salsa as it is like salad. Now it’s time for me to go shopping. This salsa is also used as taco filling which is super amazing. If you are having guests at home and wondering what to prepare quickly here is one dish with so many variations like you can prepare taco, serve this with chips or toast serve as it is like a salad. You can use some honey or maple syrup if you do not have pomegranate.

Avocado Smoothie

Smoothies are mostly available easily everywhere. So last year when I was traveling to the UK I tried this simple avocado smoothie. I wasn’t a big fan of avocado but after having this I loved it. I made this avocado smoothie with avocado, milk powder, honey, kale, and almond milk. You can use banana for more taste and creaminess but you can use other fruits that go well with avocados like pineapple and berries. You can also add some vanilla essence for the flavor. This is one of the simple and healthy recipes of smoothies. Do not make a mistake of adding sugar to it as it tastes quite sweeter than the normal taste if there are any fruits added in the smoothie. It just needs simple 5 ingredients to make this no banana simple avocado smoothie in just 5 minutes. This summer we always crave something refreshing and cold so here are some amazing smoothie recipes- mango smoothie, avocado smoothie, and strawberry smoothie. This smoothie is super nutritious and healthy. Avocados are loaded with a lot of vitamins, heart-healthy monosaturated fatty acids, and fiber. This smoothie is super creamy and tasty. When I prepared this everyone was like how will we drink avocado smoothie…. How it would taste… when I made one glass, I asked everyone to take a sip but what they did… they finished and asked me to make more. So, no matter how it may taste raw but should always taste the final product.

  2. 1 Avocado
  3. 1 Tablespoon Milk Powder/ Vanilla Protein Powder
  4. Handful of Kale
  5. 2 Tablespoon Honey
  6. 1 Cup Almond Milk

AVOCADO SMOOTHIE – PREPARATION METHOD

  1. Firstly, add banana, avocado, kale in the blender, and blend it.
  2. Secondly, add milk powder, honey, and almond milk and blend it again until creamy.
  3. Finally, serve it in a jar. Serve cold.

Buffalo Chicken Dip

This buffalo chicken dip is super creamy and is a perfect keto snack. It is a perfect dip to eat with veggies and chips. The flavor of this tasty buffalo chicken dip is super addictive. I couldn’t stop eating them with chips. It is easy to prepare yet quick. I did not put cheese to this dip as mayonnaise and yeast give it a creamy and tangy flavor. But if in case you like it creamier you can add cheese. It is traditionally served with celery and carrot stick but some people like to serve it with bell pepper, potato chips, nachos chips, sliced cucumber. This is a perfect dip to get together parties. So I had just plain cooked chicken without any spices and was thinking about what I should use it for here I used to prepare this amazing buffalo chicken dip. This dip was prepared in 1964 at the Anchor Bar in New York. It always happens that the dip gets separated that is because it is not mixed well or the lumps are not gone still, this also happens when the right quantity of oil is not put into the recipe.

INGREDIENTS FOR BUFFALO CHICKEN DIP

  1. 3 Cup Cooked Minced Chicken
  2. 1 Cup Mayonnaise
  3. ½ Cup Hot Sauce
  4. ¼ Cup Yeast

  1. Firstly, add all the above ingredients in a bowl and mix it well. Add more hot sauce or chili sauce if you like it spicier.
  2. Secondly, pour the batter to the baking dish and smooth the top with the spatula.
  3. Finally, bake it at 175 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes or until light brown and bubbly.

Kiwi And Banana Parfait Recipe

This delicious kiwi and banana parfait recipe is super amazing. Usually people use almond milk and yogurt for a parfait, I used Greek yogurt which quite thick and creamy. Parfait refers to a rich cold dessert made creamy along with some fruits. Three years back, when I tried parfait for the first time, I fell in love with it. It was berries parfait which you must have known by now that it is one of the favorite fruits. So, today I was craving parfait, wanted to order from outside but because of the current situation I couldn’t but no worries I made kiwi and banana parfait at home along with Greek yogurt. I was short of chia seeds but you can always add them to your parfait it is super healthy. If in case you don’t have Greek yogurt you can also use hung yogurt which tastes similar to Greek yogurt- creamy and thick. This dessert is originated from France cuisine and traditionally it is made with eggs, sugar, cream, and syrup but Americans like to eat this dessert with yogurt, nuts, granola, and fruits. This parfait tastes super creamy and yummy.  A lot of different kinds of parfaits are made with different ingredients such as cottage cheese with fruits, ice cream parfait, fruit salad parfait with ice cream, and granola. So try out this super delicious and easy American yogurt parfait recipe with different fruits.
