For the Tacos Shell

  1. 1 Cup All-Purpose Flour
  2. 1 Cup Maize Flour
  3. Salt to Taste
  4. 1 Tablespoon Oil
  5. Warm Water (As Required)

For the Filling

  1. 1 Ib Lean Ground Beef
  2. 1Tabelespoon Red Chili Powder
  3. Salt to Taste
  4. ½ Tablespoon Cumin Powder
  5. ½ Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  6. ¼ Cup Water
  7. Black Pepper to Taste
  8. ½ Teaspoon Oregano
  9. ½ Cup Tomato Ketchup
  10. 12 Taco Shell
  11. Lettuce
  12. Sour Cream (For Topping)


For the Tacos Shell

  1. Firstly, take a bowl add the flours, salt, oil, and then knead with warm water. The dough should be hard.
  2. Secondly, divide the dough into small balls. Then, flatten it to a thin sheet with the roller. Then, prick it all over the sheet. Then, fry it on low flame.
  3. Finally, give it a taco shape while it is frying. Fry it until brown and crispy.

For the Filling

  1. Firstly, add the beef to the large pan on medium flame. Then break them in pieces when soft. Then, add all the above spices to the beef and mix it well. Cook it for 5-10 minutes.
  2. Secondly, add tomato ketchup and mix it until it is mixed well with the beef mixture. Once the beef is dried remove it from the heat.
  3. Finally, fill the taco shells by adding lettuce first, then add the filling and top it with the sour cream.

It is a perfect summer drink for a kid’s party. As lemon has stronger flavor it perfectly goes well with watermelon which is quite sweeter. This watermelon lemonade has a mint flavor and its benefits improve heart health, keeps you hydrated, helps relieve muscle soreness. I feel adding water to watermelon juice just makes the juice flavor too light and decreases the aroma of lemon and mint so, I did not add water to the drink.   7. 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice

For the Sauce

  1. 20gms Garlic (Peeled)
  2. 2 Tomatoes
  3. 2 Tablespoon Vinegar
  4. 8 Whole Red Chili
  5. Salt to Taste
  6. Sugar to Taste


For the Dough

  1. Firstly, take a bowl add flour, salt along with the baking powder, and mix it well.
  2. Secondly, knead the dough with water until it is smooth.
  3. Then, keep it aside for 30 minutes.

For the Chicken Filling

  1. Firstly, in a pan add oil, ginger garlic paste, and onion and mix it well until it is brown. Then, add minced chicken, salt, soy sauce, and vinegar.
  2. Finally, put some black pepper on top.

For the Vegetarian Filling

  1. Firstly, take a pan to add oil, ginger garlic paste, soybean, and mushroom. Then add scallion, salt and let it cook for 5 minutes and then mix it well.
  2. Secondly, once it is dried add some lemon juice and black pepper.

For the Sauce

  1. Firstly, grind all the ingredients of sauce until it becomes a smooth paste.
  2. Secondly, add some water if required.

For Assembling

  1. Firstly, roll the dough very thinly, add the filling, and with the help of finger put some water at the edges of the circle.

Blueberry Cake Recipe

This blueberry cake recipe is super delicious. After so long I got berries so I thought why not enjoy these berries with blueberry cake. As I was short of sour cream I couldn’t make the lemon blueberry cake but I did add a glaze of lemon on top of the blueberry pound cake. This cake was super delicious, super yummy. Yes let me tell you my secret that I made a small cupcake where I added chocolate glaze which tasted like heaven. But lemon goes well with blueberries. You can use the almond extract instead of vanilla extract which also goes well with the blueberry cake and gives a really good aroma.

There are few tips I would like to share with you guys while preparing the cake- one if you add the granulated sugar it is difficult to incorporate with butter and batter becomes quite rough so it’s better to use powdered sugar. Second, if your butter is salted do not add salt to it because it tastes too sour, if you want you can add only a pinch of salt. Thirdly, coat the blueberries along with flour which is easily mixed with the cake batter. Four- you can also use frozen berries but make sure they are removed 1-2 hours before preparing the cake.   1. Firstly, soften the butter with the beater and then add sugar and vanilla extract and keep beating for 5 minutes until the sugar incorporates butter.
  2. Secondly, add the eggs, one at a time and keep beating until it’s fluffy and smooth. Then in another bowl add flour, salt, and baking powder and whisk.
  3. Then add one tablespoon of flour in berries and coat them with flour.
  4. Thirdly, add the dry ingredients to the mixture and beat on slow speed. Then, add blueberries in the batter and fold it gently.
  5. Then grease and dust the pound cake tin with butter and flour. Pour the batter into the tin.
  6. Finally, bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 60 minutes.

For Glaze

  1. Firstly, add powdered sugar and butter and mix it well.

Oh my god! This salad is heaven. This simple and healthy fruit salad is super delicious and amazing. I ran out of many of the fruits such as strawberry, blueberry, pineapple, and grapes but still this salad tasted really good. Fruit salad is super healthy and easy to prepare. This time I ran out of too many fruits but every time you should try out with different things. Usually I don’t like to add the fruits which turn brown quickly but today when I ran out many fruits I added apple and pear. Many people have asked why we put lemon juice in most of the salad. We put lemon juice to the salad which helps to protect the fruits and vegetables from getting oxidized and it also helps to enhance the flavor of salad and keeps the salad fresh for 2-3 days but it is always good to consume the same day or by next day. There is another version of fruit salad which mango pasta salad, which gives more taste and is a mix of fruits and vegetable salad. I love to eat this salad anytime, anywhere. It is super healthy for kids as well as for pregnant women. At least once a week this fruit salad should be consumed. This Nutella bombs recipe is amazing. I can’t express how delicious it was. These were super mouth-watering. I had eggless pancake batter left from yesterday so I made this amazing Nutella bombs recipe. This is super easy and quick to prepare. You must have known by now that how much I love chocolate so I try chocolate with everything so why not this. One more thing at one part this is healthy also as it is made from whole wheat flour. For some bombs I added a small piece of strawberries that goes well with chocolate. I was making batches and before the other batch cooks, one was already over. You can add your flavor to it like the way I added strawberry. You can lot of flavor like maple syrup, apple sauce, cherries, berries, and many more.   3. 2 Cups Whole Wheat Flour

Welcome back!! The white bread recipe is super amazing and crusty. You must be thinking it takes too much effort to make bread right just because it takes a lot of time Right? Yes it does take quite a long time but it is super easy to prepare. There is always a fear of making white bread because of yeast but let me tell some tricks that will make your bread perfect. Firstly, while kneading the dough use warm water, the water should not be too hot. Secondly, knead the dough until it is smooth and stretchy, the dough should not be sticky, it should be super smooth.

Last but not the least proof your bread twice- one after kneading and secondly after putting the dough in the bread tin, this is when you have to keep patience and wait for the final product. Finally, make sure you don’t open the oven, again and again, to check if it’s done, that might spoil the bread. As every oven is different- I would suggest baking for 30-35 minutes but if you think it’s still not crusty from top let it bake for 5-20 minutes more. You can store the homemade bread until maximum freshness. You want to prepare white bread but you don’t have yeast..? So don’t worry You can also make yeast less bread recipe.


  1. 3 Cups All-Purpose Flour or Bread Flour
  2. 1 ½ Teaspoon Active Yeast
  3. 2 Cups Warm Water
  4. 1 Teaspoon Salt
  5. 1/4th Cup Oil
  6. 1 Tablespoon Sugar


  1. Firstly, sieve the flour in a bowl, make well, add yeast and sugar to the well and start kneading with warm water until smooth.
  2. Secondly, rub salt and oil together and incorporate it with the dough. Then, knead the dough for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Then, cover the dough with a damp cloth at a hot or warm place for 1 hour or until double in size.
  4. Thirdly, when the dough is double in size, remove it from the bowl and again knead it. Then, put the dough in a bread tin and again prove it for 45 minutes.
  5. Finally, bake it at 180 degree Celsius for 30-35 minutes or until has brown crust.
