Sidecar Cocktail Recipe

This drink just looks so refreshing…. Let me tell you this sidecar cocktail not only looks good but also tastes amazing. This is another recipe of fruit flavored drink. This is the classic recipe of sidecar cocktail and it is made up of brandy, orange liqueur and lemon juice. This drink is one of the most popular drinks in France. This drink was first introduced in London. Invention of this cocktail  was done for American army captain during World war I and named motorcycle sidecar which was used by the captain. I have never tried brandy before but after trying this cocktail I am in love with this cocktail. More than me, my brother loved this drink, if I give him this drink everyday he won’t mind.

Before making this cocktail I rubbed the orange outside the glass and kept in freezer for 10 minutes and then poured the cocktail which made me enjoy this cocktail more as while I was drinking I could also smell the orange flavor. This drink taste bit sour but make it sweet you can use Spanish brandy which is sweet and goes really well with orange. No matter what brandy you choose for this sidecar cocktail the important thing for this cocktail is that make sure that you balance the sweet and sour taste, especially too much lemon juice can destroy the cocktail. Because sometimes the lemon comes quite sour so taste before adding lemon to the cocktail. Make yourself feel refreshed by trying out some fruit flavoured drink such as porn star martin.

INGREDIENTS FOR SIDECAR COCKTAIL RECIPE

  1. ¾ Oz Cointreau (Orange Liqueur)
  2. 1 ½ Oz Cognac
  3. ¾ Fresh Lemon Juice
  4. Sugar for Garnish
  5. Orange Twist for Garnish

  1. Firstly, coat the glass with sugar and keep it aside.
  2. Secondly, add Cointreau, cognac and lemon juice in a shaker along with some ice cubes and shake it well.
  3. Finally, strain the cocktail and pour it in the glass.

Ferrero Rocher Cake

Yummy! Yummy! Ferrero rocher is one of my favorite chocolate. This cake is also known as hazelnut cake.  I usually don’t eat chocolate daily but during exams I order cartons of chocolate because I consumer chocolates as my lunch dinner, breakfast everything. I can share any chocolate with anyone but not Ferrero rocher. Today I thought of making this delicious Ferrero rocher cake which is mixed with lots of hazelnut and Nutella. I am tired of eating the same cakes- chocolate cake, vanilla cake and so on so tried this super yummy, chocolaty cake. Usually the cake I bake at least stays for a day or two but this cake was finished by today itself, at least thank god I took a picture of this cake so I can it with you guys. INGREDIENTS FOR FERRERO ROCHER CAKE

  1. 6 Eggs
  2. ½ Cup Sugar
  3. 160gm Hazelnut (Grounded)
  4. 2 ½  Tablespoon Baking Powder
  5. 3 Tablespoon All-Purpose Flour
  6. 3 Tablespoon Cocoa Powder
  7. A Pinch of Salt

For Frosting

  1. 1 ½ Cup Butter
  2. 2/3 cup Nutella
  3. 170gms Dark Chocolate
  4. 8 Ferrero Rocher

FERRERO ROCHER CAKE – PREPARATION METHOD

  1. Firstly, take bowl sieve baking powder, flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Then mix it with ground hazelnut.
  2. Secondly, beat the eggs properly with the beater. Then simultaneously, add sugar while beating the eggs for around 10-12 minutes until tripled in volume or until creamy.
  3. Thirdly, add the dry ingredients to egg mixture and gently fold it properly.
  4. Finally, pour the batter in 3 pans for each layer and bake at 175 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean.

For Frosting

  1. Firstly, melt the chocolate over a double boiler or in the microwave for 20 seconds. Then, add butter and Nutella and whip it until it’s fully incorporated with chocolate and has fluffy and creamy.
  2. Secondly, pour the frosting in the piping bag and start frosting and decorating the cake.
  3. Finally top it up with some crushed chocolate and Ferrero rocher.

CHEESE BREAD BASKET RECIPE – PREPARATION METHOD

  1. Firstly, take a bowl to add capsicum, onion, tomato, onion, cottage cheese, oregano, salt, and pepper and mix it well. Then add one tablespoon of ketchup.
  2. Secondly, take another bowl add butter, ketchup, and mozzarella cheese and mix it well.
  3. Thirdly, take slices of bread, and cut the middle part with the circle pointed cutter. Then, cut 4 bread circles into a tiny circle using a smaller circle pointed cutter and keep the ring
  4. Then keep the bigger bread circle with a ring on the top of the base (bigger bread circle). Then spread the butter mixture on the base and veggies.
  5. Finally, bake the cheese bread basket for 5-7 minutes at 180 degree Celsius

Porn Star Martini

This refreshing passion fruit cocktail is known as porn star martini and possoa cocktail. It is a fruit-flavored cocktail made with passion fruit along with vodka, champagne, lemon juice, liqueur, and sugar syrup. It is a perfect drink for celebrating with friends. This is very rare fruit anyone consumes so let me tell you if you haven’t tried this fruit ever you should tryout through this drink. It is super refreshing and amazing. I would suggest you make vanilla sugar syrup (in case if you don’t have) by adding an equal amount of sugar and water along with few drops of vanilla essence.

This cocktail was created in 2002 by a bartender. This porn star martini is mostly famous in the United Kingdom. I added vanilla liqueur to this but if you have fruit liqueur that will taste much better and good. The best thing about the cocktail is that it is available in most of the local supermarkets with different variations but I will also prefer to make it at home from scratch. One more tip for this cocktail is that keep your glass in chiller or freezer for some time and rub the passion fruit outside the glass so it while drinking it gives amazing aroma.

INGREDIENTS FOR PORN STAR MARTINI

  1. 2 Passion Fruit
  2. 2 Shots Absolut Vodka
  3. ½ Shot Liqueur
  4. ½ Shot Vanilla Sugar Syrup
  5. 2 Shots Champagne
  6. ½ Shot Lemon Juice

PORN STAR MARTINI – PREPARATION METHOD

  1. Firstly, wash and cut the fruit and remove the seeds and remove the juice in a juicer.
  2. Secondly, pour the juice, vodka, liqueur, and sugar syrup and lemon juice in a shaker and shake it well. Add some ice if you want.
  3. Finally pour the mixture in a glass and add 2 shots of champagne.

Swiss Rolls Recipe

This Strawberry Swiss roll recipe is super light and fluffy. It is also known as a jelly roll. It is a thin sponge cake, spread with jam, and rolled up. There are many variations on the plain sponge and filling including cream filling, chocolate flavored sponge with chocolate filling, and many more. It can be served as a jelly cake or sponge cake itself. I love this Swiss roll recipe because it is super easy to prepare and tastes delicious. This is my chef’s recipe back in university, it was my first trial for baking but it came nice. It is one of the best strawberry Swiss rolls I have ever had. As kids love jam bread so why not give them jam bread with some variation. You can make this Swiss roll with lots of flavor I love the one with chocolate it’s the same recipe with the addition of cocoa powder and I add Nutella inside the Swiss roll which is just mouthwatering.

INGREDIENTS FOR SWISS ROLL RECIPE

  1. 90gms All-Purpose Flour
  2. 90gms Sugar
  3. 3 Eggs
  4. ¼ Teaspoon Baking Powder
  5. ¼ Teaspoon Vanilla Essence
  6. 50gm Strawberry Jam
  7. 50ml Warm Water

SWISS ROLL RECIPE – PREPARATION METHOD

  1. Firstly, sieve the flour and baking powder in a bowl. Then, in another bowl beat the eggs and sugar over hot water until smooth, white, and creamy. Add some vanilla essence.
  2. Secondly, remove the bowl from heat and fold in all the flour lightly and add hot water to get a thick pouring consistency.
  3. Thirdly, pour into a prepared Swiss roll tray (grease, line, and dust).
  4. Then, bake at 200 degrees centigrade for 7-8 minutes. Once it is baked remove it in the baking sheet immediately.
  5. Finally, spread jam all over the sponge cake and roll up keeping it tight in the paper.

I usually don’t like eating salads but after eating this salad I was really happy. It is quite easy to prepare but the only thing you have keep it ready a day ago is sprouted kidney beans, chickpeas, black chickpeas, and kidney beans. This healthy sprouts salad recipe is a mix of veggies and other pulses. All of the ingredients in this salad are super healthy. The sprouts, chickpeas, kidney beans help a lot for weight loss and as it steamed which more benefits to our body. You can also do sprouting methods at home by keeping the pulses in water for 8 hours then drain the water and store the pulses in a separate airtight container and place it at a hot place for 1-2 days. This salad is a mixture of all nutrients in one salad. You can also add your favorite veggies to this salad. Who wants some amazing ice cream? Only sweetened with strawberry syrup and topped with some fresh strawberries. This homemade ice cream is super creamy and it has an amazing natural flavor with good enough sweetness. Many people add sugar to the ice cream with some essence, but here I have added natural sweetness with natural fresh strawberry flavor. I have used simple three ingredients to prepare this ice cream – whipping cream, strawberry syrup, and milk powder. In my family everyone craves something sweet after dinner and at the moment everyone craves something cold and refreshing so I have prepared 3 boxes of ice cream with different flavors. This ice cream recipe is super easy and simple to prepare. You can prepare your favorite one just like the way I prepared strawberry ice cream so for example if you want to prepare vanilla ice cream add vanilla essence instead of syrup. I like to add natural flavors to my food instead of artificial because you can preserve that food much longer than artificial. You can also add some nuts or small pieces of fruits to your ice cream. This pudding is also known as party pudding because it is the best and easy pudding for parties.

As I mentioned that it is super quick to prepare, you don’t always have to worry about what to prepare for dessert because here I have got you one of the easiest recipes. This dessert is most loved by youngsters especially kids. This is a no-bake dessert, you don’t even have to keep on checking is this pudding baked or no or you require an oven or something. It is super easy just make the pudding and freeze it 2-3 hours. You can use digestive biscuits as well to prepare this pudding.   4. Finally, top it with some cursed biscuit or sprinkle some coffee and freeze it for 2-3 hours.

This salad is made of veggies such as bell pepper, tomato, potato, and cucumber. You can add your choice of vegetables as well.

  3. Thirdly, mix the veggies and chickpeas along with green sauce and oil.
  4. Finally, sprinkle some black pepper and garnish it with some pomegranate and coriander leaves.
