Kiwi Margarita

The weather isn’t great yet…. So just thought why not prepare a refreshing kiwi margarita. It was just one kiwi in my refrigerator and one person at home, so thought let me treat myself tonight with this super kiwi smash cocktail with yummy dinner- Pink sauce pasta and yes it was the best treatment for myself after a long time. It was super sweet, juicy, and perfectly muddled kiwi flavors were just amazing.

The most questions asked are that when we make a cocktail out of these exotic fruits, just not gives exact flavors and is not fuzzy and just becomes like a simple syrup cocktail, but no this was super amazing and fuzzy. Had a lot of natural smell and flavor of the kiwi because sometimes, we usually add the juice of particular fruit instead of adding the muddled fruit or small piece of fruits. Also, the other day, having a conversation with my mom I thought why not make kiwi frozen so we can use it anytime like the way we store berries. It becomes so quick to prepare some cocktails and mocktails or some juices instantly. Do you just having the kiwi seeds with muddled kiwi margarita???? Honestly, I just love it but if u hate it when it comes to your mouth, would suggest you just use the kiwi juice instead of fresh kiwi.

Chocolate Walnut Brownie

This was on my list for a long time. This delicious egg-less chocolate walnut brownie is made with dark chocolate and not with cocoa powder. One of my friends who recently came from Tanzania got me this delicious passion fruit; they were so amazing and sweet. I do find them Kenya passion fruit in supermarkets but they aren’t as good as these. I loved it. The rarest fruits we get the more I love the like passion fruit, dragon fruits, berries, and many more. It’s always available in the supermarket but my family rarely prefers those fruits. I would love to play around with these fruits by making a lot of new creation of cakes, pastries, and many more. Let me give you a brief intro on how this drink tastes, it’s super amazing and yummy, having it with your meal in these hot summers is just perfect. You know I have a very a habit that I cannot eat hot food in the summers, I let them cool down and then I eat it but when I have my drink with me, I can have it hot so I always prefer a drink with my meal. Cola Mocktail

One of my friends suggested me this super amazing cola mocktail, which is super refreshing and gives a kick to your tooth. I prepared this last night and it turned out quite spicy but amazing. Another day when I meet my sister in law who loves cola so much, she cannot have her meal without cola so I shared this recipe with her since then, she does not have cola as it is she always add some berries to it. Most of my cousins aren’t cocktail lovers so I feel this is the perfect drink for them and I feel there are hardly people in my house who do not drink cola.

You know, you can add a lot of flavors to this such as grapefruit, pomegranate, apples, berries, pears, and grapes. I only had strawberries at home. I wouldn’t call this cola mocktail as the recipe, as it’s just a mixture of coke, mint leaves, strawberry, and few drops of lemon juice. This has been my favorite mocktail to be served to any guest when do not have any juices available at home. This drink might taste spicy as you might have added more mint leaves but if you want to balance the flavor add some sugar syrup or honey to balance the taste. So, don’t worry there are many mocktails to be made during these hot summer days- Sparkling Apple Cider, Kiwi Mocktail. So, what are you waiting for let’s prepare this delicious non-alcoholic cola drink?

  1. 50ml Coke

  1. Firstly, muddle fresh mint and strawberries in a glass.
