Churros Recipe

Welcome Back!! This Churros Recipe is one of my most favorite recipe. I made churros today because I had to shot video for my practical assessment so I choose to make churros which are easy to prepare. I believe everyone loves it as well. When I joined hospitality industry the first dish I was asked to prepare for my competition was churros and I should tell you that I was actually proud of what I prepared for first time. It totally came out to be delicious.

Churros is known dessert of Spain. It is eaten as snacks, dessert and lunch as well. This is the authentic recipe of churros which is made of butter, sugar, salt, water, flour, eggs and vanilla essence And I love when it is coated with cinnamon sugar it just changes the taste of churros. When you are craving for something sweet and delicious then why not make this delicious churros recipe. These churros are crunchy from outside and soft from inside. It should be served hot topped with vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup. So let me know in comments how it came out?


  1. 1/4th Cup Butter
  2. 2 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
  3. ½ Teaspoon Salt
  4. 1 Cup Water
  5. 1 Cup All Purpose Flour
  6. 4 Eggs
  7. 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Essence
  8. Cinnamon Sugar For Coating
  9. Vanilla Ice-Cream
  10. Chocolate Syrup
  11. Oil For Frying


  1. Firstly, heat up the pan add butter, brown sugar, salt and water. Let it boil.
  2. Secondly, add all-purpose flour simultaneously and mix until dough is formed. Remove it from the heat and let it cook for 5-7 minutes. Then, add eggs one add a tie and mix it until it incorporates with dough and make a batter with thick consistency without any lumps.
  3. Thirdly, pour the batter in piping bag with star nozzle. And fry them at medium flame.
  4. Finally coat them immediately after frying in cinnamon sugar. And top them with some vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup.


COOKING TIME- 10 minutes

TOTAL TIME- 30 minutes
