Nutella Cake Recipe

How can a person not love Nutella. I am a big fan of Nutella, so today I decided to cheat on my diet and open that big bottle of Nutella to make this super amazing, so delicious, and yummy Nutella cake recipe. The way looks, the way it tastes. It looks yummy and tastes yummy. So, this Nutella chocolate cake recipe is my mom’s even though she doesn’t like chocolate, she used to prepare mini cakes for me. If you are a big fan of this Nutella, you should not miss on this cake.

INGREDIENTS FOR NUTELLA CAKE RECIPE

  1. 1 + ½ Cup All-Purpose Flour
  2. 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
  3. 1 + ½ Teaspoon Baking Soda
  4. 3/4th cup Cocoa Powder
  5. 1 Teaspoon Salt
  6. 1 + 1/4th Cup Powdered Sugar
  7. 2 Eggs
  8. 1/4th cup Vegetable Oil
  9. 2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  10. 3/4th Cup Hot Water
  11. 3/4th Cup Buttermilk

FOR BUTTERCREAM

  1. 2 + ½ Cup Butter
  2. 5 Large Eggs
  3. 2 Cup Powdered Sugar
  4. ½ Cup Heavy Cream

FOR CHOCOLATE GANACHE

  1. ½  Cup Heavy Cream
  2. 3/4th cup + 1 Tablespoon Cup Nutella

NUTELLA CAKE RECIPE – PREPARATION METHOD

  1. Firstly, preheat the oven at 180 degrees. Then, grease the cake din with butter and dust with cocoa powder.
  2. Secondly, in a bowl mix flour, baking soda, salt, baking powder, and cocoa powder together. Then, keep it aside.
  3. Then, in bowl mix oil, sugar, vanilla extract, eggs, and buttermilk and keep whisking until everything is combined well. Then, add the hot water simultaneously while mixing (Make sure the water is not too hot, otherwise the eggs will cook).
  4. Thirdly, add the dry ingredients to the wet and mix it for 4-5 minutes or until batter is well combined. Then, pour the batter in cake tins.
  5. Finally, bake it for 40 minutes.

FOR BUTTERCREAM

  1. Firstly, whisk egg and sugar until it is well combined. Then whisk the mixture under a hot water bath until the mixture is smooth.
  2. Secondly, keep whisking the cream to medium to low speed, until the mixture cools down.
  3. Finally, add butter and cream and beat until everything is well combined and cream is fluffy.

FOR CHOCOLATE GANACHE

  1. Firstly, melt Nutella in a bowl in a microwave for about 5 seconds or more. Then mix it with a spoon to make sure its smoothen and have no lumps.
  2. Secondly, once it’s cool down, add heavy cream mix it.

PREPARATION TIME- 20 minutes

BAKING TIME- 40 minutes

TOTAL TIME-  1 hour
