Strawberry Smoothie Recipe

This healthy strawberry smoothie recipe, is so refreshing for the day. Its healthy, cool, filled with nutrients, fruitful, make it widely appealing. As far as I am aware smoothies are win-win around here. Also, it is loved by all age groups of people. I love smoothie as it is a complete pack of fruit, protein along with fiber which is necessary for day to day routine. I have good memories of this recipe during my first year of college; we all friends use to have a get-together for studies at my place. So in between our studies we always required something refreshing, this was our drink- healthy strawberry smoothie.

The recipe I have included for this strawberry smoothie is a basic one — why complicate things unnecessarily? An AMAZING smoothie that is prepared from simple 4 ingredients. I usually prepare this strawberry smoothie recipe with almond milk but you can use fresh milk. You can always make things more interesting by mixing up the fruit: throw in some raspberries, pineapple, mango… anything goes! To make it a dessert-like treat you can add a scoop of ice cream. INGREDIENTS FOR STRAWBERRY SMOOTHIE RECIPE

  1. 400ml Coconut Milk or Almond Milk
  2. 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Essence
  3. 1 Cup Strawberries
  4. 1/4th Cup Honey

STRAWBERRY SMOOTHIE RECIPE– PREPARATION METHOD

  1. Firstly, pour coconut milk, vanilla essence, strawberries and honey to a grinder.
  2. Secondly, grind it until it’s smooth.
  3. Finally, serve it with some ice cream and strawberry on top.

NOTE- Frozen strawberries can also be used, if using frozen strawberries- remove from refrigerator 5 minutes before.
