INGREDIENTS FOR ZUCCHINI FRIES RECIPE
- 1 Large Zucchini
- 1 Cup Breadcrumbs
- 2 Eggs
- ½ Cup All-purpose Flour
- ½ Cup Parmesan Cheese
- Salt to Taste
- ½ Teaspoon Garlic Powder
ZUCCHINI FRIES RECIPE – PREPARATION METHOD
- Firstly, take a bowl to add breadcrumbs, cheese, garlic powder, and salt and mix it well.
- Then in a separate bowl add egg and flour.
- Secondly, cut the zucchini in long strips. Then dust it in flour first, dip it in the eggs then coat it with breadcrumbs mixture.
- Finally bake it at 180 degrees for 15 minutes or until brown and crispy.
