Zucchini Fries Recipe

I don’t want anyone of you to miss out on this zucchini fries recipe. It is super healthy and yet easy to prepare. I had a lot of zucchini left at home which no one was using and my brother is super choosy, he usually hates zucchini so he thought of trying to give a different version of zucchini where I tried of this fries. It was super amazing, crispy, and rich in flavor. He loved to eat this kind of amazing crispy food and when he finished till that he did not realize that it was zucchini until I told him.

If you don’t have an oven, you can also fry them at low heat until it becomes golden brown. These fries are prepared with zucchini, breadcrumbs, eggs, flour, cheese, and salt, and garlic powder. I garnished it with parsley which gave amazing flavor to the fries. This would feel fries came right of the oven without oil. As you have noticed that I don’t eat fried food so to make it healthier I baked this in the oven. So what are your views on these healthy, crispy baked zucchini fries?   1. 1 Large Zucchini
  2. 1 Cup Breadcrumbs
  3. 2 Eggs
  4. ½ Cup All-purpose Flour
  5. ½ Cup Parmesan Cheese
  6. Salt to Taste
  7. ½ Teaspoon Garlic Powder


  1. Firstly, take a bowl to add breadcrumbs, cheese, garlic powder, and salt and mix it well.
  2. Then in a separate bowl add egg and flour.
  3. Secondly, cut the zucchini in long strips. Then dust it in flour first, dip it in the eggs then coat it with breadcrumbs mixture.
  4. Finally bake it at 180 degrees for 15 minutes or until brown and crispy.


BAKING TIME- 15 minutes

TOTAL TIME- 30 minutes
