Pink Sauce Pasta

Delicious pink sauce pasta made by mixing red sauce and white sauce. This my recipe of pasta which I love the most compare to any pasta I have ever had. So once on during my internship days, we were too hungry at night and I and my friends were craving for something spicy and creamy so made this yummy pink sauce pasta. The recipe looks quite long but it is super easy and quick to prepare. I used penne pasta in this but you can use any type of pasta. This pink sauce pasta is made without any cream and with natural ingredients and flavors. 


  1. 2 Cup Penne Pasta
  2. Water
  3. Salt to Taste

For Red Sauce

  1. 2 Tablespoon Oil
  2. 3 Garlic Cloves (Crushed)
  3. 1 Medium Onion (Chopped)
  4. 2 Tomato (Pureed)
  5. 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
  6. 1 Teaspoon Red Chili Flakes
  7. Salt to Taste
  8. 1 Teaspoon Oregano
  9. 1 Tablespoon Tomato Ketchup
  10. ½ Teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  11. 1/4th Cup Water

For White Sauce

  1. 2 Tablespoon Butter
  2. 1 Tablespoon All-purpose Flour
  3. 2 Slices Cheese
  4. 1 Cup Milk
  5. Salt to Taste


  1. Firstly, boil the pasta along with some salt until it’s done.

For Red Sauce

  1. Secondly, heat the oil in a pan, add garlic and onion, let it brown for a few minutes then add the tomato puree and red chili powder and let it cook for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Then add oregano, chili flakes, black pepper, tomato ketchup, salt, and water and mix it well. Let it cook for 5-7 minutes or until the oil is separated.

For White Sauce

  1. Thirdly, prepare the sauce by adding butter in a pan. Then, once the butter melts add the flour and whisk it until it is lump-free.
  2. Then, add milk, cheese, and salt and whisk again until it becomes a thick creamy consistency.

For Assembling

  1. Finally, mix the white sauce along with red sauce and then add the boiled pasta. Serve hot.


BAKING TIME- 15 minutes

TOTAL TIME- 30 minutes
