Chocolate Truffle Cake

So first you need to prepare the brownie let it cool, then add the mousse and then let the mousse set then add the chocolate glaze, and then again let it set and finally garnish it with some strawberries and chocolate. INGREDIENTS FOR CHOCOLATE TRUFFLE CAKE

  1. Chocolate Brownie

For Chocolate Mousse

  1. 3/4th Cup Dark Chocolate
  2. 2 Tablespoon Water
  3. 2 Teaspoon Gelatine Powder
  4. 1 cup Whipping cream
  5. ½ Cup Whipping Cream

For Glaze

  1. 1 + ½ Tablespoon Gelatine Powder
  2. 1/4th Cup Water
  3. ½ Cup Cocoa Powder
  4. ½ Cup Powdered Sugar
  5. 1/3rd Cup Water
  6. ½ Cup Whipping Cream

PREPARATION METHOD- CHOCOLATE TRUFFLE CAKE

  1. Firstly, make the chocolate brownie and cool it at room temperature and then wrap it with cling film and refrigerate until your mousse is ready.

For Chocolate Mousse

  1. Secondly, in a saucepan add water along with gelatine powder and keep it aside. In another saucepan add in the ½ Cup whipping cream and cook it until it starts boiling.
  2. Then, pour the cream over the chocolate and mix it until the chocolate is melted and combined.
  3. Thirdly, in a bowl whip 1 cup of whipping cream. Then, melt the gelatine over a low flame and mix it with chocolate ganache and then start mixing it with whipped cream.
  4. Then using an adjustable cake tin, place the brownie in the center and pour the chocolate mousse all around and refrigerate it for 5-6 hours preferably overnight.

For Glaze

  1. In a saucepan add the gelatine powder along with 1/4th cup water. Then, in another saucepan add in the sugar, cocoa powder, 1/3rd cup water, and whipping cream and boil it slightly. Then, add the gelatine mixture and mix it well.
  2. Last but not the least, strain the mixture and pour it over the mousse by removing it from the tin place it on the grill or glass, and then again refrigerate it for 2 hours.
  3. Finally, garnish it with chocolate garnish and some strawberries.

PREPARATION TIME- 2 hours

REFRIGERATION TIME- 8 hours

TOTAL TIME- 10 hours
