SUMMER IS HERE, so keeping in mind, here I present my dish – KIWI SORBET RECIPE. Kiwi’s are absolutely packed with vitamin C, basically, it has more vitamin C than an orange. You require only 3 ingredients to prepare this. We all love kiwi like crazy. This KIWI SORBET RECIPE is especially for kids. If your kid is fussy about eating fruits, any frozen fruit sorbet is a great way to get them to eat the fruit in this way. Kids usually love ice cream so this similar to ice cream, which gives you a nice flavor of kiwi and honey. This is easy to make and filled with amazing nutrients and vitamins, which will make the kids happy.
I made this for my niece who is so notorious when it comes to eating fruits. She always denies to eat fruits. So in order to make her eat kiwi, I prepared this kiwi ice cream sorbet. When I told her that I have made ice cream for you, she came running and completed the entire bowl in minutes. I knew even if she doesn’t like kiwi, she wouldn’t resist this delicious sorbet. INGREDIENTS FOR KIWI SORBET RECIPE
- 4 Kiwi
- 2 Tablespoon Honey
- ½ Lemon Juice
KIWI SORBET RECIPE – PREPARATION METHOD
- Firstly, peel the kiwi and put it in a food processor and blend it until thick puree.
- Secondly, add honey and lemon juice to it and blend it again until it’s thick. The puree will be blackish-green but if you want you can add artificial green color to it.
- Thirdly, pour it in an airtight container and freeze it for at least 5-6 hours. If you want an ice cream sorbet you can add vanilla ice cream to the mixture and then freeze it.
- Finally, scoop it in a plate or ice cream bowl and serve immediately.
