This healthy banana pudding helps to lose weight, helps in blood pressure, and many other diseases. Especially chia seeds are really good for you. It is loaded with protein, fiber, calcium, and antioxidants. And chia seeds have no flavor but help a lot in our bodies. Some people add to their milk, ice cream, smoothies, and drink. I added a banana to this chia pudding you can add your choice of fruits such as strawberry, blueberry, kiwi, raspberry, mango and many more.
This pudding is perfect for morning breakfast. This is one of the easiest breakfast and snacks ever I have prepared!! If you never had this pudding before then on your next grocery run grab these items and prepare. This pudding just needs some banana, chia seeds, almond milk or soy milk, vanilla essence, maple syrup, and cinnamon powder. INGREDIENTS FOR BANANA CHIA PUDDING RECIPE
- 2 Bananas
- 2 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Essence
- ½ Teaspoon Cinnamon Powder
- 1 Cup Almond Milk
- 1 Teaspoon Maple Syrup
BANANA CHIA PUDDING RECIPE – PREPARATION METHOD
- Firstly, mash the bananas in a bowl with a fork.
- Then add mashed banana to a jar. Then add chia seeds, vanilla essence, cinnamon powder along with milk.
- Secondly, add some maple syrup and refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight.
- Finally top it up with some bananas and some dry fruits.

REFRIGERATE TIME- 6 HOURS
TOTAL TIME- 6 hours 10 minutes
