Guacamole Recipe

Want to eat something healthy but want to eat something tasty as well. Here is best guacamole recipe. Guacamole was made in 16th century. It was first made by Aztecs. At that time it was purely made up of avocado. Americans added flavor to guacamole by adding tomatoes and onions to it. This authentic guacamole is made up of avocado, tomato, onion, salt, lemon juice, garlic and cilantro. Some people add jalapeno and olives to it also. It is super healthy and easy to prepare. It hardly takes 10 minutes to prepare.

So, I thought of this recipe today because my brother wanted to eat something healthy but I was craving for something like sandwich or tacos or burger. So I made this guacamole. He ate with brown bread whereas I enjoyed it with tacos and nachos. Guacamole goes with so many dishes like sandwiches, burgers, salads, tacos, quesadilla, nachos and some people eat it the spread itself. Guacamole is eaten right after it’s prepared. As apples and avocado starts to oxidize. So it’s better not to expose guacamole to the air. If you want to store, remove the mixture in air container and cover it with cling film and can be stored for three days. So, enjoy this guacamole and let me know with what you accompanied with..?


  1. 2 Avocado
  2. 1 Lemon juice
  3. 1 Teaspoon Salt
  4. 2 Tablespoon Cilantro
  5. 2 Tomatoes (Chopped)
  6. 1 Teaspoon Garlic (Fine Chopped)
  7. ½ Cup Onion (Chopped)


  1. Firstly, chop tomatoes, garlic, and onion. Then, in one bowl add avocado, lemon juice and salt and mix it well.
  2. Secondly, in another bowl add coriander, tomato, garlic and onion mix it well.
  3. Finally mix the vegetable mixture with avocado mixture and refrigerate for 1 hour. Serve Cold.


TOTAL TIME- 10 minutes
