Mixed Salad Recipe

Welcome back, salads! This is so far the best salad. It is totally customizable and tossed in the tastiest 4 ingredients – cherry tomatoes, fresh cucumber, lettuce and radish, and homemade dressing. This mixed salad recipe is a wonderful dish for any meal. I feel so energized by them. The health benefit of fresh veggies contributes to so many functions in aiding your body in getting the proper nutrients. It is required when it comes to balancing your diet.

This salad is a family favorite and eats at least a couple of times a month at my house. And the excellent part is, you can add or subtract just about anything you like and make this simple green salad recipe as you want. For the dressing, making it simple, you need to mix olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. And toss it on the salad bowl, trust me this is the best green salad. My family likes this salad so much especially during summer days. You serve it cold and it tastes delicious. I hope you like it!

INGREDIENTS FOR MIXED SALAD RECIPE

  1. 60gms Mixed Lettuce
  2. ½ Cucumber
  3. 2 Cherry Tomatoes
  4. 1 Small Radish

For Dressing

  1. 3 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  2. 1 Tablespoon White Vinegar
  3. Salt to taste
  4. White Pepper to taste

MIXED SALAD RECIPE – PREPARATION METHOD

  1. Firstly, wash all the above vegetables properly. Then tear the lettuce into pieces, slice the cucumber, radish and cut tomatoes into half.
  2. Secondly make a mixture of dressing by adding all the above ingredients of the dressing and mix it well.
  3. Finally, take an iceberg lettuce cup add all the vegetables and pour the dressing on the top.
