Avocado Deviled Egg

I made this amazing avocado deviled egg without mayo. It just tastes amazing and delicious. I had made the normal deviled eggs before which were quite good and tasty so this time thought of making it more healthily and even more tasty. Having this as breakfast in the morning is the best breakfast to have. My cousin who just loves avocado loved this version of deviled eggs. The avocado deviled egg is prepared using eggs, avocado, cilantro, chives, capers, salt, black pepper, vinegar, Dijon mustard, olive oil, and garlic. Avocados are rich in Vitamin C,E,K & B6. It contains lots of calories too but it is still healthy for your body and benefits your body. Looking at the picture of any Deviled egg, it looks so tempting so thought why not add a flavor to it and change the taste of it. Many people feel that avocado has no flavor…Yes it does not have any strong flavor but a very mild one but it goes with everything especially egg.


  1. 5 Boiled Eggs
  2. 1 Avocado
  3. 1 + ½ Tablespoon Olive Oil
  4. ½ Teaspoon Vinegar
  5. 1 Teaspoon Capers
  6. 2-3 drops of Dijon Mustard
  7. Salt To Taste
  8. Black Pepper To Taste
  9. 1 Tablespoon Cilantro
  10. 2 Cloves Garlic
  11. ½ Tablespoon Chives


  1. Firstly, cut the boiled eggs in half and remove the egg yolk. Then mash the egg yolk and add the mashed avocado, olive oil, vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, black pepper, garlic, chives, and capers and blend it in a blender until it becomes a smooth paste.
  2. Secondly, fill the paste in piping bag and pipe it in egg white.
  3. Finally, garnish it with some cilantro.


COOKING TIME- 10 minutes

TOTAL TIME- 25 minutes
