Chapatti Cutlet Recipe

Welcome back. I am up with a new, delicious, and healthy dish- the tasty and best ever chapatti cutlet recipe. These chapatti cutlets are made up of leftover chapattis. I don’t like to throw food. Every other day there is so much leftover chapatti so thought why not use these chapattis in making something delicious and healthy. You must be thinking how will be the combination of chapatti with raw vegetables but trust me it did not taste at all like chapatti cutlet but a veggie cutlet. Now you don’t have to worry about what to do with leftover food. Because here is the most basic leftover food used deliciously. These cutlets are accompanied with green chutney and ketchup. INGREDIENTS FOR CHAPATTI CUTLET RECIPE

  1. 4 Chapatti
  2. 1 Onion (chopped)
  3. 1 Carrot (Chopped)
  4. 2 Tablespoon Corn Flour
  5. 1 Boiled Potato (Mashed)
  6. 1 Tablespoon Ginger paste
  7. 4 Green Chilies (Chopped)
  8. 1 Bunch Coriander (Chopped)
  9. ½ Tablespoon Sesame Seeds
  10. Salt to Taste
  11. 1 Teaspoon Red Chili powder
  12. 1 Teaspoon Coriander Powder
  13. 1 Tablespoon Lemon juice

CHAPATTI CUTLET RECIPE – PREPARATION METHOD

  1. Firstly, grind the leftover chapattis in a grinder to a crumb. Then, take a bowl to add chopped onion, carrot, coriander, green chili, and mashed potato along with ground chapatti mix it well.
  2. Secondly, add ginger paste, lemon juice, coriander powder, salt, red chili powder, sesame seeds, and cornflour and mix it like a mashed mixture. Make sure that the cutlets are mixed nicely with cornflour.
  3. Finally, make a shape in an oval with the help of your palm using some oil on your palm so that it doesn’t stick. Deep fry them on medium flame and serve hot with chutney and ketchup.

COOKING TIME- 10 minutes

TOTAL TIME- 25 minutes
