Egg Rolls

How do egg rolls sound to you? A mixture of eggs wrapped in pastry or bread. Yes, it is one of them and also that includes coleslaw and grounded pork. It is super delicious and yummy. It’s always better to make fresh and not store it in the refrigerator as it smells after some time and does not give you proper taste. It is super crispy and filling tastes just amazing. Let me tell you a healthier way of this, is that you can also bake this at 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until it’s brown and baked properly. For kids, you can add some cheese that tastes super delicious. Best way to serve your kids these incredible egg rolls.


  1. 1 + ½ Teaspoon Oil
  2. 2 Clove Garlic (Minced)
  3. ½ inch Ginger (Chopped)
  4. Salt to Taste
  5. Black Pepper to Taste
  6. 1+ ½ Cups Coleslaw
  7. 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  8. 1 Teaspoon Sesame Oil
  9. ½ Pound Grounded Pork
  10. 6 Egg Roll Wrapper
  11. Oil for Frying
  12. 1 Egg (Beaten)



  1. Firstly, heat the oil in a pan over a slow flame, add in the pork along with salt and pepper. Then, cook until the meat is cooked thoroughly.
  2. Secondly, add in the ginger and garlic and cook for about a minute or so. Then add in the coleslaw and cook for about 4-5 minutes.
  3. Then, add in the soy sauce along with sesame oil and mix it well and remove it from the heat.
  4. Thirdly, spoon 3 teaspoons of filling in a sheet, fold it like a roll, and then seal the edge apply egg wash.
  5. Finally, heat the pan with enough amount of oil and fry over medium flame until it’s golden brown.


COOKING TIME– 15 minutes

TOTAL TIME- 35 minutes
